Linfield students represent 21 states and 11 countries. Currently, the majority of students come from the western U.S. including Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Each year we welcome more students from the Southwest, Midwest, Rocky Mountain states, as well as a few from the east coast. International students comprise 2 percent of our student body.

Thirty-five percent of our American students have indicated ethnic diversity, with 20 percent selecting two or more races, 5 percent Asian, 2 percent African American, 17 percent Hispanic or Latino, 1 percent Native American, and 1 percent Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander. Two percent of our students come from abroad and 2 percent do not declare a race. Sixty-four percent of students declare themselves as White.
