WHAT'S NEW

Best Colleges guide rates universities based on affordability and outcomes — and for the second year in a row, Linfield University earned 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Out of nearly 6,000 colleges and universities in the U.S., only 54 were ranked higher than Linfield. To even qualify for a rating, universities had to be above the national average in graduation rates, offer sufficient and reliable data and not be in financial distress.

With its 4.5-star ranking, Linfield is in the company of institutions like Vanderbilt University, University of Virginia, New York University, Northeastern University, Rhode Island School of Design, University of Texas, University of North Carolina, University of Wisconsin and Vassar College, among others.
